Today I woke up and the weather was beautiful, and I wanted to take full advantage of it. I normally workout 3 to 4 times a week sometimes more if I have time. I love to walk for about 30/40 mins and then do my elliptical for 35 mins. It is a great workout for me. I do not always have time to do the full workout so if I cannot I just pick one. It makes me feel energized and helps to motivate me. I know that soon our weather will be changing and getting cold. The weather this week is going to be in the 70’s and nice. I would like to add some great hikes to my routine and change it up. My goal is to drop a few pounds and tone up a little more. I am not looking to make a big change just an adjustment.
I remember mom telling me when I was in my 20 just wait until you are in your 40’s let see how you look and how active you are. I reminded her about that today and now she says wait until I am in my 70’s. I cannot win. Age is just a number and I feel great, but I want to keep on feeling that way. It is important for me to have my prosecco so therefore I must continue my workout routine. If that isn’t motivation for all of us moms, I don’t know what is. Cheers!
